The guy in this article truly believes that cooking food, and basically eating ‘standard’ food in general is unhealthy, and a complete waste of time.
So, he made a formula to supply all the body’s needs, so he won’t have to eat anymore.
This guy is stupid in my books. Why? A simple man made concoction CANNOT supply all the complex minerals that natural food can give to the body.
One way or another this will backfire.
I’ll stick with my steak, and let’s see which of us is gonna live longer.

I think it’s incredible, and of course a “man made concoction” could theoretically supply the body with all it needs. even the complex nutrients. he’s not saying he created them out of chemicals, but they can all be extracted from their original source bypassing any crap you don’t want.
In fact, this guy is probably eating a better diet than the majority of the planet with their fried foods, sugars, sweeteners and preservative heavy diets.
